  1. "Key-Entered Rate" of 2.44% will be charged on all qualified manually keyed Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that have AVS. All Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MC/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a "Non-Qualified Rate" of 3.68%. A Per-Authorization fee of $0.30 will be charged for non-qualified transactions. Different discount rates for American Express and JCB may apply.
  2. A separate account, offered at a discounted price, may be required.
  3. Free Gift Card on approval offer only applies to the merchant accounts for Quickbooks Financial software (Simple Start, Pro, Premier, Enterprise), Go Payment, and Point of Sale products. It does not apply to the IMS Gateway product. Additional rules, restrictions may apply. Please contact us for any additional details.
  4. Funds will be generally deposited into your account within 2 to 3 business days depending on your financial institution and your Demand Deposit Account. Clearance time for funds may vary depending on your Demand Deposit Account.
  5. NOTE: Visa International Assessment Fee - Visa charges an international service assessment fee of .40% for all international transactions. This fee will be passed to your account for all international transactions you process. This fee is in addition to the discount rate. Application approval required. You pay on the discount rate and per authorization fee on any credit card transactions processed through the service.
